You can submit a deletion request here even if the app is no longer installed. Never include a password or OTP in this form.
What happens next?
- We review the request and contact you by email to verify account ownership when needed.
- The account is deactivated and its sessions and notification tokens are revoked.
- We delete or anonymise personal data within 30 days after verification is complete.
Data that is deleted
Profile details, saved addresses, favourites, marketing preferences, notification tokens, active sessions and personal data that is no longer required.
Data we may retain
We may retain order and transaction records needed for legal or accounting obligations, fraud prevention or dispute resolution. These records are restricted, not used for marketing, and deleted or anonymised after the required retention period.
